T-map Taxi Arteon Lucky Ride

Ahead of the launch of Arteon in Korea, Volkswagen wanted to introduce an innovative test drive method.

FRUM collaborated with SK Telecom’s T-Map taxis to pinpoint potential Arteon customers through a DB analysis of T-Map taxi customers and provided Arteon Lucky Ride services whenever these potential customers called T-Map taxis.

We planned and developed all the customer experiences, including welcome packages for potential Arteon customers, product information through tablet devices and customer satisfaction surveys, and made it possible for more than 20,000 potential customers to experience its test drive service.
