KakaoTalk Store Passat sales

Volkswagen commissioned sales of Passat designed for North America through the KakaoTalk Store.

FRUM raised expectancy by identifying the probable demand of potential customers through customer analysis and communicating with customers through Kakao Plus Friends, etc. and wanted to increase the conversion rate of potential customers to purchase by proposing pricing policies that would match the expectations of the customers.

As a result of this, we were able to see sales of 1,000 Passats designed for North America in just 2 minutes and 30 seconds after opening the store, confirm the potential of automobile e-commerce in Korea, and even change the paradigms.
