Tiguan digital financial contract encouraging campaign

In celebration of the launch of Volkswagen’s new Tiguan, Volkswagen Financial Services Korea requested an exclusive campaign targeting only potential new Tiguan customers to encourage new buyers to sign digital app financial contracts.

Taking advantage of the ongoing online events for the launch of the new Tiguan, we conducted a targeting campaign to expose DA advertisements only to target customers who had a history of Tiguan-related keyword searches and visits, and to provide unique advertising via text messages only to customers currently consulting about buying a new car.

During this campaign period, we saw positive results: users accessed the financial contract app 350% more than before, and digital financial contracts through the app increased by 180%.
