Samsung Securities
Online/mobile/home trading platform UX/UI consulting and establishment
For Samsung Securities, which has long maintained its position as a leading securities company, we went beyond simply looking at market changes and competition. Instead, we researched the major trends and needs fueled by its customer change by analyzing fintech company trends, various internal and external customer survey data, and accumulated customer data in order to establish a customer experience model. In addition, we visualized the channel vision through Quick Prototyping and led the reconstruction of MTS, the website, and HTS, the first tasks on the innovation roadmap.
UX Concept
We analyzed the business activities of each online channel of Samsung Securities, and observed real and potential customers in order to derive the optimal user experience. Based on what we found, we defined the UX concept of “The Match – Smart Wealth Manager” and 7 online service UX principles to bring this user experience to life.
MTS
When integrating the previously separated four mobile apps of Samsung Securities (trading (stock trading), financial products, asset management and banking/loans) into one app, called mPOP, we designed the UX/UI so that it reduced any unnecessary movement on the part of the customers and increased accessibility to each service at the same time.

UX PRINCIPLES BOOK
We defined seven UX principles that Samsung Securities’ online services absolutely needed so that these principles could be continuously reviewed and developed to provide the services the customers really want, and produced guidebooks and distributed them to all Samsung Securities offices.
