Eden Paradise, Inc.
Marketing and sales strategy and execution
Eden Paradise is a new type of charnel house, defying stereotypes and designing life and death as one. FRUM uncovered the brand value of Eden Paradise, created a brand identity, and repositioned it as a charnel house with a new concept as a “memorial resort.” FRUM established strategies for the overall customer experience such as a website, promotional videos, brochures, a welcome center, and tours and developed a mobile app for the brand, enabling customers to experience the brand from various online and offline points of contact. With full-coverage service all across marketing ranging from advertising, promotion, media execution, and CRM to SNS operations, we designed a customer experience model that starts with brand experience and ends in purchase.
Resort-style charnel house, Eden Paradise
Eden Paradise encompasses many concepts: a church that promises relaxation and consolation, a premium hotel that brings comfort to your weary mind and body and help you make happy memories with your family, a high-end organic restaurant, a cafe with signature menu and a traditional British tea house, reminding us that remembering the deceased can be joy and happiness, not sorrow and pain.
Space
This is a new and unique space with all its facilities and services devoted to rest and remembrance: the Garden of Life with seven themed gardens, each boasting its own individuality and feel, the Chapel of Prayer for simultaneously experiencing comfort and rest, and the Space of Sympathy for special time with people you love.
