Web/mobile website UI improvement of Anycar Direct

In order to secure the competitiveness of Anycar Direct to gain an edge over intensifying competition in the rapidly growing online direct insurance market, FRUM came to the conclusion that it was necessary to resolve low accessibility and usability issues on Anycar Direct’s existing website and establish a single brand identity in order to increase the brand’s value.

To solve these issues, we improved the installation process of security programs and corrected security program errors that were lowering the website’s accessibility, and developed and applied a brand identity with a UI that could be intuitively used by both new and existing customers and a design guide unique to Anycar Direct that could be used both online and offline.

As a result of the four-month project, the brand identity the customers could recognize online/offline and through mobile devices became clearer, and both new subscriptions and endorsements from existing customers through the quick, intuitive website UI have increased. As of the first half of 2014, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance’s Anycar Direct ranks first in the online vehicle insurance market.
