Establishment of India joint purchase platform UX/UI
FRUM created UX/UI designs for joint purchasing platform HyBuy for Indian customers, supporting social media linking for Omni channel marketing and an advanced customer experience to make quick responses to rapid changes in Hyundai Motor’s internal/external Biz environment, customer trends and in-person sales methods for Hyundai easier. HyBuy applied next-generation integrated web guidelines to use intuitive UI/UX, taking various user environments into consideration, and focused on the visualization of joint purchasing benefits and the current status of customer engagement with Hyundai Motor Group. Through this, Hyundai Motor Group is expanding opportunities for sales in India through an innovative online joint purchasing model.
