LG Household & Health Care

Launching and operation of Nature Collection’s global brand website

LG Household & Health Care commissioned FRUM to build a global e-commerce retail site in response to growing awareness of and demand for K-Beauty products in the global market.

After building a strategy based on the analysis of the needs of the primary target customers, women located in North America, we established a directly operated retail site in order to promote LG Household & Health Care’s corporate image and product sales. In addition to this, we developed product content webpages and created a responsive website that reflects both web and mobile trends to make sure that users can have a smooth experience no matter what device they use.

With this, LG Household & Health Care was able to present its e-commerce vision targeting global customers.
