Blossom Campus Tour service design
CJ CheilJedang built the Blossom Campus (Jincheon) factory in response to the explosive growth of the market for convenient food to make at home and had already planned to prepare separate facilities for tours at the factory design stage. FRUM developed the operational design of factory tours so that both adults and children could enjoy them. We defined the message we wanted to deliver to visitors at every stage of the visitors’ journey, reorganized content and created operational scripts to match this. In order to be able to quickly respond to various situations, we also designed operational guidelines, including safety manuals, which have so far received positive feedback from visitors.
