Social media (SNS) execution strategy consulting

With the explosive growth of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, social media emerged as a major means of appealing corporate values ​​to customers. Hyundai Motor Group needed a consistent, global social media management system design to keep up with this.

The social media accounts operated independently by country across 14 countries showed variations in both operation methods and management status. By identifying social media operating organizations and accounts and looking at how competitors operated, we identified issues with the current response system, defined implementation principles, response processes and R&R, and prepared an implementation guide for officers and employees. We then presented compliance measures, including defining performance management indicators and proposing monitoring tools.

In addition to this, we presented specific, consistent guidelines applicable to global websites and social media channels, such as social media account creation systems and measures to use marketing, and established measures, such as governance and KPIs, for the continuous execution and monitoring of the same.
