Samsung Medison
Re-building and expansion of websites to 9 countries
Samsung Medison, which was incorporated as a Samsung affiliate in 2011, needed unified channel management through the rebuilding of its website and maintenance of its internal content following this change in its identity. FRUM built a single integrated content information source by collecting scattered information by country and medium. In particular, we clearly divided the content hierarchy of strategic products and structured them so that customers could easily understand the features of the products. In addition to this, we improved the usability of the website and convenience for its visitors overall by delivering a clearly-recognizable IA and UI design. Based on this strategy, we planned and produced new product content for the Samsung Medison websites launched in 9 countries, and successfully produced content for the medical device department within Samsung.com in 9 languages.
