Establishment and building of Kona chatbot strategy
In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), Hyundai Motor Group and FRUM carried out a leading chatbot project together for the Korean market. For the purpose of introducing the newly launched Kona and hosting question and answer sessions, we planned/built a chatbot service based on Microsoft’s AI solution. The Kona chatbot is able to respond to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on both mobile and PC, and has the added advantage of running via Facebook. This artificial intelligence chatbot, developed to be customer-friendly using FRUM’s specialized customer experience branding methodology, was chosen as Hyundai Motor Group’s standard chatbot solution.
