Establishment of online communication strategy and platform 2
Hyundai Motor Group went through the Group’s official website renewal, created a blog and established 13 social media channels to strengthen communication with their online users and support active public relations on the Group level. In order to produce customer-friendly content, we prepared an organic process between the planning, operational and creative teams, and introduced an integrated operating system for high-quality content including photos and videos. We also enhanced the link to social media so that the experiences of users across all content could be connected through the integrated management of the blogs and social media channels on the website. Furthermore, we managed to greatly improve the quality and style of content through visual/text design that takes both web standardization and accessibility into consideration.
