Establishment of Global Plant Tour website

After Hyundai Motor Group established the global production network in 2012, it was necessary to expand its corporate culture promotional website from a channel promoting domestic production bases to a channel promoting global production bases, and to build a separate website to highlight its historical and traditional corporate image.

In order to strengthen the online promotional capacity of Hyundai Motor Group’s factory tour program, which has approximately 200,000 visitors annually, and to highlight its historical and traditional corporate image, we systematized existing data such as Hyundai Motor Group’s historical records and developed new content such as the introduction of major overseas production bases. We also created a website reflecting the latest trends, planning and designing to be able to facilitate response in mobile environments such as on smartphones and tablet PCs.

Using online content, we made it possible to deliver consistent experiences through an organic connection with the offline tour experience, and secured web accessibility by improving usability based on screen composition and process design, simplifying the menu structure and using intuitive labeling.
