Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital

Customer experience-based brand app design

The Finance Shop is a complex space where customers can experience the corporate image and brand of Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital as well as financial products. Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital wanted to create an integrated brochure that could effectively communicate the identity and services provided by the Finance Shop to customers, as well as a welcome package to be given to customers who purchased products.

We created an integrated brochure that not only clearly conveys the characteristics of the Finance Shop but also includes information on Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital products, and stylishly expresses the identity of the Finance Shop as a complex financial space. As for the welcome package given to customers who purchase products, we created and included a booklet, folder, notebook, and colored pencils that can express the identity of Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital and the Finance Shop together in an exclusive tin can package. The exclusive tin can was designed so that each purchased product, for example, Class Auto, Prime Mortgage, and Hyundai Card, can have its own customized welcome package.

By creating this integrated brochure and welcome package, Hyundai Card/Hyundai Capital was able to express their brand identity more effectively, maintain expressions consistent with the Finance Shop’s identity, and provide new experiences to visiting and purchasing customers.
