Has carried out branding projects in various industries for companies like SK Telecom, Hotel Shilla, Hana Bank, and Hyundai Card as well as consulting on Samsung.com’s customer journey and content strategy establishment since the mid-late 2000s Afterwards, based on Hyundai Motor Group’s future retail strategy consulting and customer experience innovation consulting, delivered approximately 20 successful projects, including establishing marketing communication channels, designing global standard models for digital showrooms, creating a new TV-oriented marketing platform and a chatbot using AI, etc. Currently managing FRUM’s creative consulting business, and consulting on a vast range of customer experiences with no boundary between online and offline, such as designing showroom and brand space experiences for companies such as Genesis, Hyundai Motor Group, CJ, etc.
