After graduating in Advertising and Public Relations at Hanyang University, has worked in digital marketing communication strategy consultancy and execution since 1999.
Worked on content planning with the financial consulting eBiz team, and then as the general manager of B2C digital brand campaign planning at D.TRIBE, an integrated marketing agency. Joined Ethan & Alice Marketing, carrying out projects as the head of the B2B IMC interactive campaign/operation services. In particular, implemented various digital-based B2C/B2B interactive campaigns and retail operations for major industry-leading companies such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, SKT, Hyundai/Kia Motors, Auction Co., Philips, Nestlé Purina, LG Hausys, BOSCH, Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, Hankook Tire, and Orion
While working at IBM, led the team as a consulting project manager (PM), and received the 2011 GPS ACE Project Award for contributions to process systemization, optimization, and cost effectiveness through mobile integrated operation/optimization for 35 brands under the Amorepacific Business Process Outsourcing project. Served as the function design leader for the Hyundai.com 2.0 Global Rollout project for Hyundai Motor Group, targeting 50 countries.
Currently leading marketing campaign department projects after working in the customer experience strategy consulting department, managing Hyundai Motor Group’s online communication business and consulting on Hyundai Motor Group’s customer experience innovation strategy, working on Hotel Shilla’s The Shilla Duty Free Shop’s smart store and its re-establishment of communication, and carrying out various Smart Mobility projects for a new customer experience at Volkswagen Korea’s Customer Interaction Management.
