Graduated in Communication Design at SADI, worked as a multimedia director at LG Media from 1995, then became founder and creative director at Click, and Tomato Media (first-generation agencies) in 1997. Led Samsung Electronics’ global digital strategy establishment and development in 63 countries as a creative director on the brand strategy team of the strategic planning and global marketing departments of Samsung Electronics from 1999 to 2010. Has served as CEO of FRUM, a digital creative consulting company, since 2010, providing consulting on digital strategies and customer experience strategies as a partner to global companies in the automotive, electronics, telecommunications and finance industries. Served additionally as a member of the digital strategy advisory boards for a number of Korean conglomerates and companies, for government organizations such as the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Internet & Security Agency, and for media companies such as the Hankook Ilbo. Also worked as a director in VIDAK’s multimedia department. Currently mentoring entrepreneurs as a creative mentor at Google Campus, and also serving as a visiting editor for the “Dong-A DBR” of Dong-A Ilbo.
